| Relatively little is known about this Renaissance painter. She was the third sister of five, all of whom were painters. She only lived into her mid-twenties but her artistic skill is generally considered to be equal to her more famous sister, Sofonisba. There are only two works that have been definitely attributed to Lucia- Madonna and Child And Pietro Maria, Doctor of Cremona. |
